A middle child of three girls, I have spent a lifetime mitigating conflict and finding creative solutions to problems.

A 15+ year career as a Project Manager in Design Construction in New York City, honed these skills to create beautiful spaces out of empty shells.

But one morning, as I woke up at 5 am after another 4 hours of sleep, I was slammed by the unshakeable realization that I would rather die, (yes, you read that right) die, rather than go back to a job I thought I loved.

Something had to change and did. So I consulted that middle child and she asked well.

“How would you approach your life if it were one giant Project?…. One that could evolve over time?”

Thinking of my life as one large System; the daily habits, milestones, and aspirations working together created a roadmap with a destination but one that gave me control and flexibility.

I could take the scenic route or the express. I could take a detour or reset the course entirely. In any case, I would always have the same destination. The destination is a life I enjoy, a feeling expressed in everything I do.

When you look at your life as a whole instead of just a linear path, it reveals the portrait of the life you want to create.

And so I started my journey.

Through re-calibrating my daily habits and naming things I looked forward to, my life began to take shape.

Led by intention and intuition, grounded in practical steps and tangible results.

I became a Licensed Esthetician, first out of a desire to learn something new, and help heal a lifelong battle with caring for my skin.

It started out as a path that turned into a passion-led practice that merged my problem-solving skills with my love of helping others.

And so my roadmap shifted, …….. but I had never felt more aligned.

Then I started meeting so many wonderfully gifted healers and lightworkers, helping in various ways. Living the paths most people only dreamed about while on vacation.

But one thing kept coming up. The same questions.

How do I grow this?

How do I keep this from becoming just another job?

And my childhood problem solver popped into my head. ‘Share what you did, and see if it can help.’

I call it Well edited because it’s productivity aligned.
